      怎樣選擇數控刀具刀片?

      數控刀具是機械制造中用于切削加工的工具,切削加工生產率和刀具壽命的高低加工成本的多少、加工精度和加工表面質量的優劣等,在很大程度上取決于刀具材料、刀具結構及切削參數的合理選擇。數控刀具選購除了考慮機床類型、精度、生產性質外,品牌的選購也很重要。

      Numerical control tool is a kind of tool used for cutting in mechanical manufacturing. The productivity of cutting and tool life, the cost of machining, the machining accuracy and the quality of machined surface depend on the reasonable selection of tool material, tool structure and cutting parameters to a great extent.       (1)生產性質。在這里生產性質指的是零件的批量大小,主要從加工成本上考慮對刀具選擇的影響。例如在大量生產時采用特殊刀具,可能是合算的,而在單件或小批量生產時,選擇標準刀具更適合一些。
