      刀具補償

      Tool compensation
      數控車床刀具補償功能包括刀具位置補償和刀具圓弧半徑補償兩方面。在加工程序中用T功能指定,T***X中前兩個XX為刀具號,后兩個XX為刀具補償號,如T0202。如果刀具補償號為00,則表示取消刀補。
      The tool compensation function of NC lathe includes tool position compensation and tool arc radius compensation. Use the t function to specify in the machining program. The first two XX in t * * * x are tool numbers, and the last two XX are tool compensation numbers, such as T0202. If the tool compensation number is 00, it means that the tool compensation is cancelled.
      (1)刀具位置補償刀具磨損或重新安裝刀具引起的刀具位置變化,建立、執行刀具位置補償后,其加工程序不需要重新編制。辦法是測出每把刀具的位置并輸入到指定的存儲器內,程序執行刀具補償指令后,刀具的實際位置就代替了原來位置。

      如圖2所示的加工情況,如果沒有刀具補償,刀具從0點移動到1點,對應程序段是N60G00C45X93T0200,如果刀具補償是X=+3,Z=+4,并存入對應補償存儲器中,執行刀補后,刀具將從0點移動到2點,而不是1點,對應程序段是N60G00X45Z93T0202。

The shape and position parameters of turning tool are called tool tip orientation, expressed by parameters 0 ~ 9, and point P is the theoretical tool tip.
      (3)刀補參數每一個刀具補償號對應刀具位置補償(X和Z值)和刀具圓弧半徑補償(R和T值)共4個參數,在加工之前輸入到對應的存儲器,CRT上顯示。在自動執行過程中,數控系統按該存儲器中的X、Z、R、T的數值,自動修正刀具的位置誤差和自動進行刀尖圓弧半徑補償。
      (3) Each tool compensation number corresponds to four parameters, namely, tool position compensation (x and z) and tool arc radius compensation (R and T values). It is input into the corresponding memory before machining and displayed on CRT.       (1)刀具半徑補償(G41、G42、G40)刀具的半徑值預先存入存儲器HXX中,XX為存儲器號。執行刀具半徑補償后,數控系統自動計算,并使刀具按照計算結果自動補償。刀具半徑左補償(G41)指刀具偏向編程加工軌跡運動方向的左方(如圖1所示),刀具半徑右補償(G42)指刀具偏向編程加工軌跡運動方向的右方。取消刀具半徑補償用G40,取消刀具半徑補償也可用H00。

      使用中需注意:建立、取消刀補時,即使用G41、G42、G40指令的程序段必須使用G00或G01指令,不得使用G02或G03,當刀具半徑補償取負值時,G41和G42的功能互換。

      刀具半徑補償有B功能和C功能兩種補償形式。由于B功能刀具半徑補償只根據本段程序進行刀補計算,不能解決程序段之間的過渡問題,要求將工件輪廓處理成圓角過渡,因此工件尖角處工藝性不好,C功能刀具半徑補償能自動處理兩程序段刀具軌跡的轉接,可完全按照工件輪廓來編程,因此現代CNC數控機床幾乎都采用C功能刀具半徑補償。這時要求建立刀具半徑補償程序段的后續兩個程序段必須有指定補償平面的位移指令(G00、G01,G02、G03等),否則無法建立正確的刀具補償。

At this time, it is required that the subsequent two program segments of the tool radius compensation program segment must have displacement commands (G00, G01, G02, G03, etc.) specifying the compensation plane, otherwise the correct tool compensation cannot be established.
      (2)夾角補償(G39)兩平面相交為夾角,可能產生超程過切,導致加工誤差,可采用夾角補償(G39)來解決。使用夾角補償(G39)指令時需注意,本指令為非模態的,只在指令的程序段內有效,只能在G41和G42指令后才能使用。

      (3)刀具長度偏置(G43、G44、G49)利用刀具長度偏置(G43、G44)指令可以不改變程序而隨時補償刀具長度的變化,補償量存入由H碼指令的存儲器中。G43表示存儲器中補償量與程序指令的終點坐標值相加,G44表示相減,取消刀具長度偏置可用G49指令或H00指令。
      (3) The tool length offset (G43, g44, G49) can compensate the change of tool length at any time without changing the program by using the tool length offset (G43, g44) command, and the compensation amount is stored in the memory instructed by H code. G43 indicates that the compensation amount in the memory is added to the end coordinate value of the program instruction, g44 indicates subtraction, and G49 instruction or H00 instruction can be used to cancel the tool length offset.
